I have played for the Gordonians club since 1977 participating at all levels from local Aberdeen grades to Strathmore Union. I am now a semi retired player and Club President. My first ever Union match was vs Arbroath including a young Clarence Parfitt and my highlights have been keeping wicket to a fiery Frank Robertson, playing in our Union winning team in 1994 and sharing a beer and keepers stories with Alec Steele near the end of his playing days with Forthill XI
