See attached CS Code of Conduct which some may recall was significantly revised last year and has a few minor revisions this year. The Code is based on the ICC Code and is simple to follow.
It’s really important that all captains, players and officials are aware of the Code and its content before the 2021 season as it applies to all SPCU matches. Cricket Scotland believes that there is a need to ensure that the behaviour of players is as good as it can be and part of that is understanding what is acceptable and not acceptable.
Clubs are required to acknowledge receipt of the code and that their players and officials have been updated on it. Should any disciplinary issues arise then ignorance of the Code/not being aware of it will not be accepted as a defence.
